Find out about the administrative procedures related to your studies at FIB.

From 1 December 2017 to 15 January 2018

The degree certificate and/or Diploma Supplement may be applied for at the secretary's office from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Students may not apply during enrolment periods, in February and July. If, however, there is a justified reason for doing the above, please call the secretary's office on 93 401 77 28 to discuss your options.

  • Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering
    • Registration for second year and beyond undergraduates: February 12,13 and 14,  2018
    • Registration for students (in the initial stage): February 15, 2018​
       
  • Bachelor Degree in Data Science and Engineering
    • Registration for students (in the initial stage): February 12, 2018​

The title and / or SET request can be made in the Academic Management Area (Secretariat) from 9.30 to 13.30 hours.

During the enrollment periods, the months of February and July, this procedure will not be possible. For duly justified cases, contact the Secretariat (934017728).

Until the 1st June: Annual or autumn (September - January) semester applications

Until the 1st December: Spring semester applications (February - June)

  • Academic course 2018/19 - Autumn semester or full year: 5 September 2018. Enrolment will take place at the Sala d'Actes of the B6 building at 9h.
  • Academic course 2017/18 - Spring semester: 14 February 2018. Enrolment will take place at the Sala d'Actes of the B6 building at 9h.

The 2nd semester of your stay at FIB for yearly stays. Students will have to enrol at the date and hour specified in the Racó. The enrolment date is calculated according to the academic performance of students during their first semester at FIB.

1st call: Mid-February to the beginning of March, approximadately.

Resolution 1st call: Place resolution will be communicated two weeks after the call is closed in the e-Secretaria.

 

2nd call: Only for places vacant after the 1st call. Around the end of September.

Resolution 2nd call: Place resolution will be communicated two weeks after the call is closed in the e-Secretaria.

1st call: From the end of March to the end of April

Resolution of the 1st call: Mid-June

 

2nd call: From the end of September to mid-October

Resolution of the 2nd call: End of November

You have to enrol via the e-Secretaria at the time assigned as normally

Call: From mid-February until mid-March (approximately one month).

Provisional list of places granted: Late April

Final list of places granted: Mid May

Call: From mid-November to mid-January, approximately.
