Academic Committee of the Master in Innovation and Research in Computer Science
This committee is responsible for the organization, monitoring, advising, coordination, credit recognition, admissions, evaluation, and promotion of the Master in Innovation and Research in Computer Science (MIRI).
The committee informs the Standing Committee about matters concerning the quality of teaching in the MIRI program that require action by the Standing Committee.
The committee also evaluates, when appropriate, the academic performance of MIRI students.
Composition of the committee:
- The Dean, who presides over the committee.
- The Vice-Dean of Postgraduate Studies.
- The Head of the Undergraduate and Master Studies Management Unit of the FIB, or the person performing these functions, or, by delegation, the technical officer responsible for managing Master’s studies, in any case with voice but without vote, acting as secretary.
- One representative of each MIRI specialization, appointed by the Dean at the proposal of the directors of the departments teaching in that specialization.
- One representative of the teaching and research staff affiliated or linked to the Faculty, appointed by the Dean after consulting the departments with significant teaching at the FIB.
