Specializations

The FIB is one of the few Spanish centers that offer the possibility to take the five specialties of the Degree in Informatics Engineering of the 5th and 6th semesters.

Each specialization consists of eight courses of 6 credits. Six subjects are compulsory. The other two are complementary, and the student can choose between a predetermined set of six or seven subjects, depending on the specialty.

In the fifth semester, students must choose one of the following specializations:

Computing

Computer Engineering

Software Engineering

Information Systems

Information Technologies

The FIB has held the specialities session 2023-2024 on 8 May 2024.

In addition, there has been talk about degree information, such as international mobility, industrial practices and how to access a master's degree.
