CCABA – Advanced Broadband Communications Center

The Advanced Broadband Communications Center is a research center launched in January 1994 with the goal of integrating in a single CER researchers, from the different research centers of the UPC in the field of broadband communications.

The implementation of new technologies poses new challenges, requiring more research structures.
CCABA leads the participation of UPC in the 5G-BCN consortium and is currently participating in several projects on 6G technology.
