Albert Herrero, president of FIB Alumni, (former alumni association of the Faculty), awarded the FIB Alumni Award to the best Final Degree Project of the 2017-2018 promotion (endowed with € 1000) and a diploma accrediting the finalist. This year seven projects were presented to the award.
- Best TFG: Kais Harim del Pino by the project Implantación de una infraestructura de red a una empresa portuaria
- Finalist: Jordi Subirà Nieto by the project Blockchain para distribuir políticas de acceso
The awards ceremony took place during the Academic Act of the 2018/19 year, held on November 22, 2018 in the Vèrtex Building Auditorium.
