Master graduation ceremony 2021

FIB's dean is pleased to invite you to the 2021 graduation ceremony, in which we deliver an accreditation to the graduates of the university Master's studies taught (MEI, MIRI, MAI and MFPS) of the Year 2020-2021.

The ceremony will be held on Thursday, 2 December 2021, at 7 pm, in the Auditorium of the Vèrtex building.

If you are graduate of the Year 2020-2021 you should confirm your attendance by answering the registration form.

To the rest of the comunity is necessary to confirm attendance before 30 November by email   or calling to 17111.

• Welcome in charge of FIB dean, Mr. Josep Fernandez
• Conference by Josep M. Pujol, Chief of Search at Brave, alumni FIB and UPC doctorate, entitled "De mica en mica s'omple la pica -- i de cap altra forma". In the face of changes such as IA, Crypto, Quantum Computing, IoT, you need to be prepared not only with knowledge but also with method.
• Speech of 4 graduates of the 2020-2021 year.
• Recognition.
• Accreditation to graduates.
• FIB Alumni presentation.
• Closing event in charge of UPC rector, Mr Jordi Cortadella.

Josep M. Pujol is the creator and director of Brave's search. He was the founder of Tailcat (bought by Brave). Scientific directory in Cliqz. Technical director and co-founder of 3scale (bought by Redhat). Researcher at Telefónica scientific group. Post-doc in the department of epidemiology and complex systems at the University of Michigan and doctorate in Artificial Intelligence by UPC.
