Closing for summer holidays 2023

Conciergerie of FIB

The FIB concierge service will be closed from 31st of July to 25th of August (both included). During this period of closure, the access to the B6 building will have to be done with the UPC card, and therefore, it will be necessary to have the corresponding access route activated.

FIB Administrative Services

There will be no face-to-face attention or appointment service in the area of Degrees, Masters and Mobility from 31st of July to 31st of August (both included).
The educational Cooperation Agreements area will not be available from 31st of July to 31st of August (both included).
The Faculty Dean's Office will be out of service from 2 to 25 August (both days included)

Computer labs

The computer labs of A5, B5 and C6 and the teaching labs of ESAII and AC will be closed from 31st of July to 1st of September (both included).

Electricity supply interruption

The annual inspection will involve the interruption of the power supply that will affect all the buildings of the North Campus on 8th of August.

The power cuts will not affect the common services of the Faculty, located in the CPD of the Omega building. The rest of the services of buildings B5 and B6 that depend on the power supply will be affected such as printers, wired and wireless network, and desktop computers. These services will be affected between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. approximately.

There will also be a partial maintenance that will affect specific buildings: C3, C4, C5, C5 subway and C6 subway, C6, OMEGA and K2M) on 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14 of August.

The bar of the faculty will be closed from 29th of July to 31st of August (both included)
