FIB Administration Services

All FIB administrative services will remain closed from 7th to 10th of April (both included).

• Degree, Master and Mobiliy area:
  • Degree procedures. From 3rd to 5th of April will be face-to-face support by appointment.
  • Master. The service will be closed
  • Mobility. 4th and 5th of April will be face-to-face support by appointment.
• Educational cooperation agreements area:
  • 5th and 6th of April will be face-to-face support by appointment.
• Support direction area: from 3 to 5th of April.
• Concierge area. Open service from 3rd to 4th of April, from 7:30h am to 20:30h pm, and 5th and 6th of April from 7:30h to 17h. Out of these hours, the access to the B6 building will require the UPC card with its access route already enabled.

Computer Classrooms

The Computer Classrooms will remain closed from 1st to 11th April (both included).  Remote connections to FIB systems will be available using a virtual desktop service.

UTG CNTIC TIC Services

In case of issues in computer and telecommunications systems during Easter, please specify the problem and urgency level in TIC Unit forms at https://peticions.utgcntic.upc.edu.

Bar FIB

The FIB's bar will be open from 3rd to 5th of April. It will be closed from Thursday 6th to 10th of April.
