Timetable 

The A5 technical support gives support from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., without interruption, except for the holiday periods in which the possible variations on this schedule are announced on the web.

Exceptionally the A5 opens on weekends prior to the delivery of practices, at the request of DEFIB and always in accordance with the FIB.  In these cases, it will be notified with sufficient time through notices on the A5 and on the FIB website.
