Spend your summer in China: HUST International Summer School 2026

Students can apply for the HUST International Summer School 2026 in Wuhan, China. Scholarships are available.

Students have the opportunity to attend a two-week summer program at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in Wuhan, China. All programs are taught entirely in English and scholarships are available.

Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), located in Wuhan (China), is offering several International Summer School programs in 2026 covering topics such as artificial intelligence, photonics, robotics, healthcare technologies and Chinese economy.

The programs last approximately two weeks and are fully taught in English. Students interested in applying should note that each student may apply for only one of the available programs.

The application deadline is March 15, 2026.

Scholarships

HUST offers scholarships for selected participants covering:

  • Tuition fees

  • On-campus accommodation

  • Insurance

  • A stipend of 1,500 RMB (approximately €180) for two weeks

Students are only required to cover international travel costs and personal living expenses in China.

Academic recognition

Students who are admitted to the program and wish to request academic recognition in their degree record must contact the FIB International Relations Office at least a couple of months before attending the program.
