Acto de Graduación - Grado en Inteligencia Artificial, 2024-2025

Next Friday, 19th September, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., the graduation ceremony for the graduates of the Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence (GIA) will take place at the Auditorium of the Vèrtex building on the North Campus.

The Dean of FIB is pleased to invite you to this commemorative event, which celebrates the graduation of the first GIA cohort.

The ceremony, which has a festive character, is aimed at the students graduating in the 2024-2025 academic year, as well as their families and faculty. During the ceremony, a certificate will be awarded in recognition of the effort and achievement of the new graduates.

To attend the event, prior registration is required:

• Registration period: from 3rd to 11th of September, 2025
• Registration application: via Apunta’t (will open on 3rd of September)
• Guests: each graduate may bring up to 6 guests

Event program:

• Welcome and speeches
• Lecture by Cristian Canton Ferrer, Associate Director of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center.
• Speech by the Graduation Sponsor, Ramon Sangüesa, Vice Dean of Institutional Strategy and Head of Studies of the GIA.
• Diploma presentation to the 1st cohort of the Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence.
• Closing remarks by Francesc Torres, Rector of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
