M2m Mentorship Program, 2025-2026 Call for Applications

Once again, the Club de Dones Politècniques organizes the M2m mentorship program with the goal of promoting the personal and professional development of UPC students and graduates in both academic and/or business fields.

How does it work?

The M2m program is structured around the joint work carried out by each M2m pair, formed by:

• M: the Mentor, a woman who brings her expertise and has developed an academic or professional career in the fields of knowledge of UPC.

• m: the Mentee, a woman student in the final credits of her undergraduate, master's, or industrial PhD program, but also a graduate (with a maximum of 4 years of experience).

The M2m program facilitates both in-person and online meeting spaces to encourage interaction among participants and with previous years' participants. The objectives are:

• To boost the empowerment of students and graduates by working on their professional skills.

• To leverage the experience of women who have already developed their professional careers (role models).

• To create connections between participants: students, graduates, researchers, professors, entrepreneurs, and executives.

Registration for the program is open until 28th of September. Selected participants will be announced on 9th of October.
