After the success of the first edition of the course offered by the Fita Foundation, specialized in enhancing protective factors among adolescents to promote their emotional wellbeing, we are offering it again with this 5th edition.

University is an important time of change and growth.
It can be an incredible experience, but it can also be stressful and challenging due to academic, social, and emotional pressure. As a result, in some cases, it may cause symptoms of anxiety, depression, discomfort, etc.
It is therefore important to take care of yourself both inside and out, seeking alternatives such as physical activity, university associations, culture, and the arts.
Objectives:
To promote and prevent mental health issues among university students by developing protective factors, improving self-esteem, reducing mental health problems, and enabling early detection.
We hope those who couldn’t take it before now have the chance to join and enjoy it.
