Closing for summer holidays 2025

FIB Reception Desk

The reception desk will be open, both in the morning and afternoon, until August 1st (included).
From August 4th to 22nd (both included), the reception will be closed.
During the last week of August, from the 25th to the 29th, it will be open in the morning only (until 2:30 p.m.).

Please note that during the closure period, access to building B6 must be made using the UPC card, so the corresponding access route must be activated.

FIB Administrative Services

• There will be no in-person assistance or appointment service in the Undergraduate, Master's and Mobility office from 4th to 29th of August (both included).
• The Educational Cooperation Agreements area will not provide service from  from 4th to 29th of August (both included).
• There will be no service in the Faculty Dean's Office from 4th to 29th of August (both included).

Computer labs

The computer labs in buildings A5, B5, and C6 will be closed during the following period:

• A5 and B5: The computer classrooms in A5 and B5 will be closed from July 21st to September 7th.

• C6: The computer classrooms in C6 will remain open until July 31st and will be closed throughout August.

Electrical works at Campus Nord 

On August 4th and 5th, 2025, electrical inspection and maintenance tasks will be carried out, which will affect the power supply at Campus Nord.

FIB Bar

The FIB bar will be closed in August and will reopen on September 1st.
