[Ctecno] Breakfast networking: how to encourage and attract digital talent? Challenges and strategies

The Cercle Tecnològic de Catalunya (CTecno) organizes a new breakfast-network with the collaboration and sponsorship of Barcelona Activa.

The round table will feature the participation of the dean, Josep Fernandez, where we will discuss the need to promote the creation and capture of digital talent. In Barcelona the growth of digital-based companies has accelerated the needs of talent equipped with digital skills (programming, big data, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, blockchain, among others), while the number of professionals in the TIC available in the market has not increased proportionately.

The welcome of the session will be given by Jordi William Carnes, president of the CTecno.
