It is considered the oldest, largest and most prestigious algorithmic programming competition for university students in the world

The team formed by Miquel Ortega, Jan Olivetti and Cesc Folch (students of Mathematics and Computer Science at CFIS) have obtained a meritorious 21st position in the world final, where a total of 135 teams were presented
This same team, trained by Professor Salvador Roura, won the silver medal at SWERC 2018, which allowed them to qualify for this final.
The contest has been held in Oporto, from March 31 to April 4.
