Anna Sallés Rius, a FIB student, has received an award for her study on the use of clinical data to predict diagnoses and promote healthy habits.

The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - BarcelonaTech (UPC), which this year chairs the Catalan Network of Healthy Universities (Xarxa US.Cat), has hosted the third edition of the Health Promotion Awards, organized by this network.
The aim of these awards is to recognize the contributions of undergraduate and master's students from various Catalan universities in the field of health and well-being, aligning with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 3: to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all.
Anna Sallés Rius, a student of the inter-university master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, coordinated by UPC, UB, and URV, has been one of the awardees for her master's thesis on the use of clinical data to predict diagnoses and promote healthy habits. This recognition highlights UPC's commitment to interdisciplinary research aimed at improving health and quality of life.
