On 2 October, Hackers@UPC will hold the second episode of HackNights 2026, this time in collaboration with JetBrains. The event will take place in Sala Àgora, from 9 pm to 5 am.
HackNights offers a different take on a hackathon: no competition, no prizes and no mandatory final project. The aim is to provide students with a collaborative space where they can spend the night developing projects, experimenting with new ideas and learning alongside other participants.
This edition will feature the JetBrains workshop “Tap In: Building Real-World Android Apps with NFC”, a session exploring the possibilities of NFC technology in Android app development. The activity is open to both experienced participants and those taking their first steps in this field.
A night to learn, create and share with the community, with coding, projects and, of course, pizza.
