Applications are now open for two Fulbright scholarships, offered in collaboration with Florida Polytechnic University, for researchers and teaching staff in STEM fields during the 2027–2028 academic year.
The scholarships provide the opportunity to undertake a postdoctoral research stay with an undergraduate teaching component at Florida Polytechnic University. Stays must last at least one academic term and up to two academic semesters, between summer 2027 and May 2028.
Applicants must be Spanish nationals and hold a PhD obtained before 2019. Eligible fields include Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Biotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Photonics and Nuclear Physics.
Each scholarship provides $21,500 for an expected four-month stay, with the amount increasing proportionally for a full academic year.
The deadline for applications is 2 October 2026.
