FIB Administration Services

All FIB administrative services will remain closed from 15 to 18 April (both included).

• Degree, Master and Mobiliy area:
  • Degree procedures. From 11 to 13 April there will be face-to-face support by appointment.
  • Master. 11 and 12 April there will be virtual support. 
  • Mobility. 13 and 14 April, there will be face-to-face support by appointment.
• Educational cooperation agreements area:
  • From 4 to 18 April, both included, agreements will not be processed during this period.
  • From 11 to 18 April, both included, the service will remain closed. 
• Support direction area. Non-face-to-face attention on 12 and 13 April.
• Concierge area. There will be service from 11 to 14 April, from 8 am to 9 pm. Out of these hours, the access to the B6 building will require the UPC card with its access route already enabled.

Computer Classrooms

The Computer Classrooms will remain closed from 9 to 18 April (both included).  Remote connections to FIB systems will be available using a virtual desktop service.

Wednesday morning 13 April there will be a maintenance of the teaching array that can affect services:

• Virtual desktop
• Remote disk access

UTG CNTIC (building C6S1)

From 11 to 18 April, both included, the C6S1 building of the Campus Nord door will remain closed. Card access will be enabled for people with permits, or opening up to the FIB concierge's office may be requested.

UTG CNTIC TIC Services

In case of issues in computer and telecommunications systems during Easter, please specify the problem and urgency level in TIC Unit forms at https://petitions.utgcntic.upc.edu.

Every working day there will be specialized TIC personnel assigned to the units.
