Eleventh European Big Data Management & Analytics Summer School (eBISS 2023)

Are you looking for a stimulating summer school in Big Data Management & Analytics?

The Summer School e-BISS 2023 is a joint event between the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree "Big Data Management and Analytics" (BDMA) and the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action Joint Doctorate "Data Engineering for Data Science" (DEDS). 

e-BISS 2023 represents an opportunity for postgraduate students to equip themselves with the theoretical, practical, and collaboration skills necessary for developing challenging Business Intelligence applications. 

To ensure a high ratio between tutors and students the school will be limited to 60 participants. Furthermore, industrial presentations will allow participants to gain a deep understanding of current product offer. eBISS 2023 is a great opportunity to equip yourself with the theoretical, practical, and collaboration skills necessary for developing challenging Business Intelligence applications.

The summer school will provide a stimulating and enjoyable environment in which participants will benefit not only from the formal and practical sessions but also from informal and social interactions with established researchers and the other participants in the school.

Open to applicants from anywhere in the world. Normally, but not exclusively, applicants will be postgraduate students in relevant disciplines with some knowledge of data management and analytics.

The current edition will take place in Barcelona, between the 3rd and 7th of July.
