FIB Reception Desk
The reception desk will be open morning and afternoon until 31 July, inclusive. It will be closed from 3 to 21 August (both dates inclusive).
From 24 to 31 August, the reception desk will be open in the mornings until 2:30 pm.
From 1 September, the reception desk will return to its regular morning and afternoon opening hours.
Please remember that during the closure period, access to the B6 building will only be possible using your UPC card. Therefore, you must have the appropriate access permissions enabled.
FIB Administrative Services
There will be no in-person assistance or appointment service at the Bachelor's, Master's and Mobility Office from 3 to 28 August (both dates inclusive).
The Educational Cooperation Agreements Office will be closed from 3 to 30 August (both dates inclusive).
The Dean's Office will be closed from 3 to 30 August (both dates inclusive).
Computer Laboratories
The computer laboratories will be closed during the following periods:
B5: from 3 to 31 August.
C6: from 27 July to 31 August.
Electrical Maintenance on the North Campus
Annual inspections of the North Campus high-voltage transformer stations will take place on 3 and 4 August, resulting in temporary power outages.
3 August: the Vèrtex building will be affected.
4 August: all buildings in the A, B, C and D modules, as well as the Library, Sports Centre, Rectorate, Omega and K2M, will be affected.
During these maintenance works, the network, computers, printers and telephone services in the affected buildings will not be available.

The FIB Café will be closed throughout August and will reopen on 1 September.
