IV CSIC-Fundació BBVA Communication Awards

The BBVA Foundation and the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) collaborate in the call for the new edition of this program that, on the one hand, recognizes and encourages the work of journalists and researchers committed to transferring scientific advances to the public, in a rigorous and attractive way, and, on the other, improves the training in scientific communication of university graduates from any field in this key field for the development of the scientific culture of society.

Two categories are contemplated:

• One aimed at journalism or communication professionals specialized in scientific information.
• And the other to researchers who have contributed to the dissemination of knowledge to society.

Two prizes will be awarded, one per category, with an endowment of 40.000 euros each.

The applications will be direct, presented by the interested parties themselves.

The deadline for submitting applications is the 14th of February at 12:00 pm (peninsular time).
