FIB receives the visit of the External Evaluation Committee for the certification of its Quality System

On June 15 and 16, the Facultat d’Informàtica de Barcelona (FIB), within the process for continuous improvement and the transparency of its management, will receive the visit of the External Evaluation Committee (CAE) with the aim of evaluating and certifying the Internal Quality Assurance System (SGIQ) of the Faculty.

Interviews and gathering feedback: 

To gather a perspective as diverse and objective as possible, the expert committee will hold several meetings and interviews with the governing bodies, the quality commission, department teams and degree coordinators. Likewise, specific meetings will be held with representatives of the teaching staff, students, and the PTGAS community.

Community participation: 

Open Audience Within the evaluation schedule, a fundamental space has been reserved for the free participation of any member of the faculty who wishes to contribute their considerations.

This mechanism ensures that anyone linked to the FIB community can express their feedback directly to the evaluation committee before the preliminary conclusions of the process are presented.
