Easter Week 2025

Check the special user service schedules from 14th to 17th of April, 2025:

• Bachelor's, Master's, and Mobility Area:
  • Bachelor's Degrees: in-person service from 14th to 16th of April by appointment.
  • Master's Degrees: in-person service from 15th to 16th of April by appointment.
  • Mobility: in-person service from 14th to 16th of April by appointment.
• Cooperative Education Agreements Area:
  • In-person service from 14th to 16th of April by appointment.
• Management Support Area: in-person service from 14th to 16th of April.
• Concierge Service: The service will remain open on Monday, 14th to 15th of April  from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM. On Wednesday, 16th of April 16, and 17th of Thursday, it will be open only in the morning, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. After this time, access to the B6 building will be allowed only with the UPC card, and therefore, it will be necessary to have the corresponding access route activated.

Computer Labs

The computer labs will be closed to the public from 14th to 21st of April (both inclusive).

Remote connections to the FIB computers can be made through the virtual desktop service.

IT Services from UTG CNTIC

In case of incidents with IT systems or telecommunications during Easter Week, you can report the issue and urgency level through the TIC Unit forms available at https://peticions.utgcntic.upc.edu.

Bar FIB

The FIB bar will be open on 14th, 15th, and 16th of April. It will be closed from Thursday, 17th to 21st of April (both inclusive).
