Discover the work done by women and dissident identities in Earth Sciences and visit the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) facilities, including MareNostrum 5, the most powerful supercomputer in Spain.
Through informal short talks, you will establish a link with researchers at various professional career stages in the areas of Atmospheric Composition, Climate Variability, Health Resilience, Computational Earth Sciences, and Climate Services.
Activities: Overview of the BSC Earth Sciences Department, short talks with earth scientists, networking with lunch included, and a visit to the MareNostrum 5.
Aimed at: University students, especially Master's and last-year Bachelor students interested in Earth Sciences.
It will take place on Tuesday, 4 November, 2025, from 11:00 to 13:30 at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC).
