STEM degree students can apply for paid internships, cash prizes, and a mentoring programme with Microsoft.

CaixaBank and Microsoft Ibérica have opened applications for the 8th edition of the WONNOW Awards, an initiative that recognises the talent, effort, and achievements of female students in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).

The aim of these awards is to boost the presence of women in highly technological sectors and to promote gender equality in fields where female talent is still underrepresented.

The WONNOW Awards offer:

  • 15 paid internships at CaixaBank, one of the most innovative financial institutions in the world.
  • A €10,000 prize for the top STEM student, based on academic performance and personal and social achievements.
  • A mentoring programme with Microsoft professionals to guide and support the participants’ career development.

Since their launch, over 4,800 students have taken part in the awards, and many of them have gone on to join CaixaBank or Microsoft.

Interested students can find all the details and submit their application on the official website: www.wonnowawards.com

We encourage all STEM degree students to take advantage of this unique opportunity for recognition, training, and professional growth.
