eHealth Eurocampus Summer School 2018

In the framework of the eHealth Eurocampus, the Barcelona School of Informatics is pleased to invite six students (from a bachelor or a master) to the eHealth Eurocampus Summer School 2nd Edition, ‘IT for a Longer Independent Life’, in Wrexham, Wales, UK, 25th June - 6th July 2018.

The six people selected:

• Will have registration fees for summer school, travel, accommodation (double room) and meals covered
• Will receive training in health issues that can affect independent living
• Will receive training on Human-Computer lnteraction, user interface design tools and practice (and evaluation)
• Will lean on designing for older and disabled people
• Will develop a group mini-project, designing and developing a prototype product to support users with a range of conditions that threaten their independence.
• Will participate in the social activities the local organisers are preparing,
• May have up to 3 ECTS recognised
