The Aula Lliure programme is designed so that first-year GEI students can benefit from the academic experience of more senior students (volunteer tutors), thereby improving their academic performance.
The coordination role involves carrying out a series of tasks, including:
- Establishing the programme calendar.
- Recruiting and selecting volunteers (academic tutors).
- Defining the number of groups per subject, schedules and tutor assignments.
- Managing the registration of first-year students and assigning them to groups.
- Coordinating the activity of all academic mentors, monitoring progress, conducting surveys and keeping the lecturers of first-year subjects informed.
