Scholarship for Aula Lliure Coordinator course 2025-26

Call has been published for a learning scholarship for the position of Aula Lliure Coordinator.

The Aula Lliure programme is designed so that first-year GEI students can benefit from the academic experience of more senior students (volunteer tutors), thereby improving their academic performance.

The coordination role involves carrying out a series of tasks, including:

  • Establishing the programme calendar.
  • Recruiting and selecting volunteers (academic tutors).
  • Defining the number of groups per subject, schedules and tutor assignments.
  • Managing the registration of first-year students and assigning them to groups.
  • Coordinating the activity of all academic mentors, monitoring progress, conducting surveys and keeping the lecturers of first-year subjects informed.

Scholarship 11646: 5 hours/week from 14/04/2026 to 14/07/2026

In addition to submitting the application through the scholarship platform, candidates must also send the following documents by email to cap.estudis.fi.fib@upc.edu :

Candidates who submit the required documentation will be invited to a personal interview.

The application deadline is 27 March 2026.

This scholarship includes recognition of up to 2 ECTS credits.
