Collection of degree certificates

The Academic Management Area (Secretariat), once the degree certificate is received, will send you an e-mail at the e-mail address you provided in the application form, to pick up your degree. This will also inform about the collection procedure.

How to collect your official degree certificate

In person or remotely.

  • In-person collection

The interested person must go to the Academic Management Area (Secretariat) and provide the required documentation. It is possible for another person to pick it up, but only if you authorise them by means of a power of attorney. In this case, the authorised person must provide the following documents:

  1. An original power of attorney document authorising them to act on behalf of the interested person.
  2. A valid ID card (DNI) of the authorised representative.

 

  • Remote collections

If your residence is outside the province of Barcelona, you may request that the degree certificate be sent to the Government Delegation or Consular Office clores to your place of residence via e-Secretaria (in the“Sending of the degree certificate” section under “Degree certificate and application”).

Once the request has been received and the payment of the shipping fees has been confirmed (if applicable), the degree certificate will be sent.

When

Degree Certificates can be collected on working days (Monday to Friday) at the Academic Management Area (Secretariat) from 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Don’t forget to
make your appointment!

Face-to-face or Online procedure

e-Secretaria

Students / Graduates who have received the communication that their degree is already available.

  • Substitute Certificate of Degree
  • Spanish nationals: Original valid ID (DNI)
  • Other nationalities: Original valid passport

This procedure is free of charge, as the application of the degree certificate has already been paid in advance. However, remote collections include shipping fees.

    Face-to-face assistance by making and appointment.
    Remember to specify the reason of the appointment.

    • Morning: from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 1 pm
    • Afternoon: Tuesday and Wednesday, from 3.30 pm to 5 pm

    From 1 June to 30 September: 10 am to 1 pm from Monday to Friday.
