AB Data Challenge: From Water to Impact – 4th Edition

AB Data Challenge is an initiative by Aigües de Barcelona that aims to foster the transformation of collected data into a source of interdisciplinary innovation that helps improve the management of the integrated water cycle.

What’s the challenge?

Advanced data analysis techniques offer new opportunities to understand and characterize water consumption patterns. In this context, the development of new variables and innovative analytical models opens the possibility of identifying abnormal consumption behaviors with greater accuracy. Implementing these solutions will significantly improve the detection of situations that deviate from the norm, enabling more efficient service management and promoting a more responsible use of water resources.
