User Support Service

The FIB's incident manager allows you to make queries, requests and report any incident on FIB IT services.

Suport FIB​

The Operation Services are located in the laboratories, were any student or research staff can address any query or incident on FIB's laboratories.

Laboratories regulations

  • It is not allowed to smoke, eat or drink in the laboratories.
  • It is not allowed to sit on the tables.
  • It is not allowed to remove the chairs outside laboratories.
  • It is not allowed to move the equipment of their site.
  • It is not allowed to unplug or disconnect the electricity or network equipment.
  • You can not leave computers logged on for more than 15 minutes. If that happens, any user can log out and occupy the terminal.
