Master's Graduation Ceremony 2022-2023

Last Friday, 11 November, the Master's Graduation Ceremony of the MEI, MIRI, MAI, MCYBERS and MFPS was held at the Vèrtex Building auditorium where the accreditations were handed over to graduates of the 2021-2022 academic year.

The act was initiated with the driver of the act, Eugènia Bretones, who welcomed all graduates of Master's of the 2021–2022 academic year and all the accompanying who were part of the 2022 academic master's act.

Next, the FIB dean, Josep Fernandez addressed a few words to all graduates.

Following this, the "Perspectives de carrera considerant les prediccions tecnològiques" conference was initiated by Rosa Maria Badia, head of the workflows and Distributed Computing group at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center - Centro Nacional de Supercomputación (BSC-CNS) and teacher at FIB.

As a novelty, a colloquium took place that year with a representative of each masters with the driver of the ceremony who was charged with proposing a number of questions corresponding to the course during the master's degree, recalling anecdotes and experiences.

After the dialogue ended, it was the postgraduate vice-dean Oscar Romero, who gave the diplomas to all graduates, as well as handing the award for best record of each master's degree 2021–2022. In addition, students were given a complementary training relationship (cluster mobility and Talent program) during studies

The vice-dean of postgraduate education invited Maica Sanz, Daniel Jiménez and Josep Fernandez to deliver the Master's degree in Secondary and Upper Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Foreign Language Teaching and the best record to Núria Carrera Garcia de Cortazar.

Secondly, vice-dean of postgraduate education invites Rosa M. Badia, Benito Cerrillo and Jordi Cortadella to take the Master in Informatics Engineering and the best record to Alejandra Volkova Volkova.

Thirdly, the same people submitted diplomas to the students of the Master in Innovation and Research in Informatics, in addition to the best record to Pol Martin Garcia (recognised by his colleague Aurora Tomàs).

Fourthly, the postgraduate vice-dean invites Ulises Cortés, Angela Nebot and Miquel Sánchez to take the Master in Artificial Intelligence, and to the best record to Marc Ros Martí.

Finally, the vice-dean of postgraduate studies invited Eva Rodríguez, René Serral and Josep Pegueroles to deliver the Master in Cybersecurity, in addition to the best record to Pablo Aznar.

The act concluded with the words of the rector's delegate, Jordi Cortadella, addressed to recent graduates.

The act ends with the traditional group photo of all entitled to the 2021–2022 Masters academic year and providing with cava.
