In the laboratory areas in A5, B5 and C6 of the North Campus there are
21 computer labs and user rooms from where you can access the services of the inLabFIB. Laboratories are equipped with a total of 378 computers (5 Sun Rays and 373 PCs), 2 printers and 27 audiovisual projectors (21 fixed and 3 mobile).
In all laboratories there is category 5 cabling and access to the Internet through the School’s network.
The computer labs are used for teaching, that is, for guided classes with lecturers. While laboratory classes are being held, the only people who may normally access the classrooms at this time are the students who are enrolled in the subject, who must attend the class. When there are no classes, some of these classrooms may be used as user rooms.
The students can in principle, freely access the user rooms, except when there are restrictions imposed by inLab FIB (scheduled classes, equipment reservation system, etc.).
To ensure the maximum availability of the equipment, inLab FIB keeps spare parts and has maintenance contracts with minimum response times. If you detect a hardware failure, please contact the operations personnel.
