Want to go to make a short stay in Japan?

The National Institute of Informatics (NII) Tokyo offers the possibility of making a Internship between 2 and 6 months. If you're interested / a on going to Japan, the National Institute of Informatics offers scholarships for Computer Engineering (plan 2003, five years), Masters and PhD for a research stay in many different topics.
The amount of the grant is 171,000 yen (1,700 EUR approx.) Per month. Besides accident insurance.

The stays range from 60 to 180 days and the START of stay must be between December 2013 and March 2014.

The requirements are to be a student in their final years of Computer Engineering (2003 plan) or student masters or doctoral level, have good academic record and good level of English.

Interested persons must send your request via e-mail with subject Internship NII-2013 (tardor)" to vd.estudiantat fib.upc.edu _at_ fib.upc.edu.

Necessary to include:

- In the message text, an indication of the level of English and accreditation available.

- Application form which you will find in http://www.nii.ac.jp/Internship/Guidelines/2nd_call_of_2013_internship_webpage.html

The topics available are in "list of research topics." Maximum you have to suggest three.

In the application form must also be included a brief curriculum. Or you can add a separate document (always in English).

- Motivation letter in English. This letter is very important for the final selection in the NII.

- Academic record.

The deadline for applications is October 12.
