VALS (Virtual Alliances for Learning Society) briefing

Compartir
Introduced: 09-10-2014
Do you want to do practices in companies/organization teleworking? Do you want to adapt these practices as TFG, PFC or master thesis? Then, participate in the VALS project.
The VALS Project (http://virtualalliances.eu) is a project funded by the EU that allows students from different countries to do practices in European organizations related to open source software. The project has a virtual platform where students can search for projects (http://semesterofcode.com).

VALS is interesting for students because:

1. It allows you to telework. There is no need to go to the company in person.
2. You can participate in an international project. VALS has a virtual platform where a list of projects are offered by organizations from different countries.
3. The work done during the period of practice can be adapted as a PFC (Projecte Final de Carrera), TFG (Treball Final de Grau) or master thesis.

For more information on VALS, come to briefing session to be held in the Sala d’Actes of FIB on October 15 at 11:00 pm.
