The Week of BEST Engineering Competition is an engineering competition locally from one week. Where students work together using their skills, social and communication skills to solve the problem presented by the company in a given time.

Below are the categories of participation for students:

Case Study
This category requires participants to solve a problem posed by the participating company may face similar to an engineer during his professional career. After a fixed period of team work, the solutions obtained are evaluated by a jury composed of members of the company and university faculty.

Design Team
This category seeks to test the practical skills, creativity and ingenuity of the students. The participating company is a problem so that each team think, design and build the solution considered most appropriate to the material provided within the required timeframe. The result should be a device meeting the objectives.

Workshop
A Workshop usually consists of small case studies, business simulations, group dynamics or training courses. There is a very close contact between the company and students.
