Introduïda: 24-04-2014
Summer School of Bonn-Rhine-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, from June, 2nd to June 27th, 2014.
The School will be given by Prof. Kent (York University, Canada) and Prof. Dueck (University of New Brunswick, Canada).

Topics that we anticipate covering include:
- iphone development (Xcode, Objective-C language, various APIs)
- various topics related to mobile computing (survey level)
* HCI, low power computing, networking, client-server computing, etc.

The course will have a major project that will be the main work item for the students.

We regard students of Computer Science having finished the first half of their Bachelor study (i.e. end of second year) with a strong background in Java (or another object-oriented language) and Software Engineering as the appropriate target group.

As usual, the Summer School will be for free. Students only have to pay for the flights, their accommodations in Bonn or Sankt Augustin (we could assist you to organize appropriate student apartments for this period), and for the cost of living in Germany.
