Together with Renault, students are invited to create an app that offers drivers and passengers wellbeing on the move.

The judges will be looking for an app that offers something useful and unique to those on the move while seeking to improve the wellbeing of drivers and passengers. They will also pay close attention to the design which should ensure it is easy to use while in the car
Teams are requested to register their interest by the mid of December 2012 and then post their initial submission on to the dedicated IT Challenge website before 21st December 2012. Up to a maximum of 15 successful teams will be shortlisted. 14 will be selected by the Atos Scientific Community and experts from Renault. One team will be selected by the students themselves – the team with the highest number of likes on Facebook.
One Atos Challenge Coach from the Atos Scientific Community will be assigned to each shortlisted team to help them to take the idea through to proof of concept. The Challenge Coach will provide help with technical and business insights, as well as advice to improve their all-important presentation skills necessary for business in the technology world.
The three finalists will be announced in May 2013, and the overall winner at an awards ceremony in June 2013.The winning team will be given a trip to the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games including flights, accommodation and a behind the scenes tour, as well as an E-tablet. The two runner up teams will be awarded an Atos Diploma demonstrating outstanding achievement as well as an E-tablet.
