Charter of Services for Teaching Staff

The new FIB Charter of Services for Teaching and Research Staff, addressed to all teaching and research staff assigned to the School, reflects the FIB’s commitment to service to its teaching staff.

Through this charter of services we would like to reaffirm our commitment, begun five years ago, to guarantee a responsible service to our students, and extend this commitment to our teaching staff. The Charter of Services for Teaching and Research Staff was thus created out of the desire of the School to offer quality services to teaching and research staff. It has the primary objective of supplying a flexible and efficient response to the administrative and teaching needs of the School's lecturers.

The School is a pioneer, once again, in developing this type of initiative. The Charter of Services for Teaching and Research Staff has been created with the conviction that it can contribute to guaranteeing the quality of service that society requires of us, making a responsible use of the resources available to us, and thus demonstrate to the citizens that as part of the public administration and specifically the University, we can reach the level expected of us. This will enable us to continue as the leading school of informatics in Spain.

Our desire is to continue working, day by day, seriously and responsibly, and also with enthusiasm. Obviously this challenge requires the effort of many people, and for this reason I would like to thank everyone participating in this process in advance for their dedication and involvement. I would like the Charter of Services to be, once again, a motivation to achieve faster and better service.

Sincerely,

Maria-Ribera Sancho Samsó,
Dean
