FIB indicent manager enables users to resolve any problems or doubts about the FIB's computer services or web services respectively.
In the classrooms, any user of the FIB computer classrooms may seek assistance from
Operations Services.
In building B6, the
UNAID (Help and Documentation Unit) provides assistance to administrative staff and teaching and research staff associated with the FIB.
