Online Enrolment

Online enrolment forms may be submitted via the e-Office. Only students who have been assigned an enrolment date in the Racó (intranet) may enrol online, except for new students, who must enrol in person.
To log on to the e-Office, use the username that you use to sign in to the Racó.
Read the instructions on enrolment carefully.

System requirements

To ensure that you are able to enrol online, you must check a number of settings on your PC: log on to the e-Office, go to the enrolment section and check that you meet all of the system requirements described in the corresponding section.
You may enrol online from any PC with an Internet connection, providing it meets all of the system requirements.
If you are not able to enrol online, you must enrol in person in Building C6, Room 306.

Before enrolling

Check group timetables, final examination dates, the date assigned to you for enrolment and the potential number of credits for which you are allowed to enrol:

Degree

• Check group timetables, which are available as of 1 February.
• Check the dates of final examinations and midterm examinations, which are available as of 1 February.
• Check the date assigned to you for enrolment in the Racó as of 3 February.

Degree in Informatics Engineering

• Check group timetables, which are available as of 1 February.
• Check the dates of final examinations, which are available as of 1 February.
• Check the date assigned to you for enrolment in the Racó as of 3 February.

Should your enrolment be subject to the resolution of an administrative matter, check the e-Office to find out if a favourable decision has been made. If this is the case, you may proceed with your online registration. Otherwise, contact the School’s secretary’s office.

To process your enrolment, log on to the e-Office on the date and at the time assigned to you in the Racó.

Should any questions or incidents arise related to your enrolment, you can call the phone number on (+34) 934010846 from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. during enrolment periods.

Enrolment forms can be consulted and/or printed whenever you wish from the e-Office, but they will not be automatically displayed. They do NOT have to be signed and returned to the secretary’s office.

If you have chosen to pay your enrolment fees in cash, you must print the form and take it to the bank within 5 calendar days to pay the amount due.
