All information about scholarships and grants is available from the UPC’s Academic Management Service.
Applications for general grants for degree students, mobility programmes and master’s degree students must be submitted via the e-Office. This tool facilitates the grant application process as:
- You will only have to fill in unavailable details.
- You will be told which documentation you must send in with your application.
- You will be able to track the status of your application from the e-Office.
NEW STUDENTS 1. On the day you enrol (Building C6, Room 306), you must tell the member of staff who processes your enrolment that you wish to apply for a state grant.
2. You must enrol as a grant holder.
3. Within the next 48 hours, you must apply for the grant via the online application for grants in the
e-Office. To access this application, you must sign on using your username and password. You can find out this information in the section “What is my username?”.
4. Fill in the online application form and confirm it.
5. Print the application form and sign it (the applicant’s signature and that of all guardians must appear on it).
6. Take the signed application form and, if applicable,
any other documentation to the FIB secretary’s office (Building B6) from 9.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
OTHER STUDENTSYou must complete all of the following steps before your enrolment can be processed.1. Go to the online application for grants in the
e-Office.
2. Fill in the form and confirm it.
3. Print the application form and sign it (the applicant’s signature and that of all guardians must appear on it).
4. Take the signed application form and, if applicable,
any other documentation to the FIB secretary’s office (Building B6)
before 12 July 2010.
The staff at the secretary’s office will stamp your application to show that you are a grant holder, providing you have met all of the conditions required of you in the previous academic year, so that you pay the right amount when your enrolment form is processed.
Grant applications that have not been submitted via the e-Office will not be accepted.
