Article 43. Filing of motions1. The following may file motions to amend these regulations:
a) The dean.
b) The School Board, with the endorsement of at least 25 of its members.
Article 44. Procedure1. The body that files a motion to amend or reform the School’s regulations must state the grounds for doing so, and the wording of the amendment or reform proposed must be attached to such motions.
2. In order to pass a motion to amend or reform these regulations, a quorum of at least half of the members of the School Board is required, as is the vote in favour of the motion of over half of the validly cast votes.
3. Once a motion has been passed, it is submitted for provisional approval to the Board of Governors, which will subsequently submit it to the University Senate for approval.
