Resources and Services Area

The Resources and Services Area is responsible for carrying out the School’s structural and functional processes related to the following:

• The budget of the structural unit and the activities related to student associations and the Cercle Fiber alumni association.
• Tasks related to the management of administrative and service staff, interns and the teaching body.
• Booking rooms for teaching sessions and exams, and rooms in building B6 for events such as conferences, courses and thesis presentations.
• Administrative support to the School’s bodies (Standing Committee and School Board).
• Authorisations to access the building.
• Dispatch of mail.
• Display of grades and information on the FIB’s notice boards.
• Applying for maintenance work to be done to repair damage to the building.
• External tasks.
